| Call for Late Posters |
Late posters will be accepted until the start of the meeting and even onsite.
Late posters are however neither listed in the program booklet nor in the online program nor in the proceedings, nor do the presenters have to submit an abstract. We will simply assemble the titles of those posters on an A4 sheet which will be added to the material in the congress bags. Posters which are brought to the meeting without previous notice will be listed nowhere.
For hanging the posters we will offer poster boards in a dedicated area. Due to the large number of late poster submission we had to divide the late posters into two session, such as the regular posters. Thus, they will not hang during the entire period of the meeting, as previously announced. The assignment to the sessions will be available onsite and all participants will receive a list of late posters with their congress material.
In order to have the posters listed on the sheet for the congress bags the title of the poster and the author(s) name(s) (first name, family name, email address) must be submitted by email to gibson@mdc-berlin.de before the deadline for online registration, i.e. July 6, 2015.
Late poster presenter must register for the meeting.
