The online-registration was possible until July 6th 2015. Of course, you can register on-site. Please go directly to the meeting office at the Euskalduna Conference Center (use entrance no. 3), you can complete all formalities there.

Registration fee includes

  • Admission to all sessions, poster area and exhibition
  • Informal get-together with drinks on Wednesday evening
  • Lunch boxes on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
  • Conference bag including abstract USB stick, final program, city map and sponsors material
  • Free access to the tram network in Bilbao from Tuesday until Saturday (valid only for the tram; for metro and/or bus, a normal ticket must be purchased)

In cooperation with the provider HRS, the meeting secretariat offers hotel rooms at favourable rates in Bilbao for conference delegates. Participants requiring accommodation in line with their stay in Bilbao can choose between different hotel categories.
